Whether you’re off skiing in the French Alps or diving in the Indian Ocean, travel insurance is something you just can’t go without. For this reason, my family has taken out an annual policy with MRL Direct Travel Insurance for Multi-Trip cover worldwide. Having just returned from a two-week vacation in the Maldives, I was able to enjoy the holiday reassured that should anything go wrong, MRL Direct would be willing and able to resolve these problems.
As a family, we’ve been especially pleased by the quality of customer service that has been offered to us by MRL Direct. We regularly enjoy sporting holidays and where activities of a more adventurous nature are involved, we prefer to check beforehand that we are covered fully covered by our current policy. We have found staff to be extremely friendly and they have always been able to answer our queries quickly. So, comforted by the fact that with the current policy, I was insured for scuba diving up to a depth of 30m, I did not have to miss out on any activities during my recent holiday in the Maldives.
The provision of a policy ideally suited to my lifestyle at a very reasonable price makes MRL Direct a company I’d definitely recommend for travel insurance.

If this is the way they treat customers at the first stage then Heaven only knows what problems I might be faced with should any claim arise. If my current experience is anything to go by then this company will simply ignore you.
