Karma Insurance use an Irish company, called Whitehorse to underwrite policies. They have been featured on Watchdog many times and have a bad reputation. My hotel went bankrupt two weeks before my holiday, two months later, no refund from Whitehorse Insurance. They just ignore you. Don't waste your time with Whitehorse.

Karma Insurance use a company called White Horse from Ireland for travel insurance claims. My hotel went bankrupt and a woman tried to claim inconsequential loss even though Policy N covers for loss of services. I wouldn't use them again.

Karma promote themselves as being different and as offering a broader, more flexible, user friendly cover..... Don't believe their hype - I paid extra expecting more and was shocked when they refused to cover me for the Volcanic Ash..... unlike say, First Direct. I would steer clear.

Despite being advised to 'Please activate your member area now your policy schedule and other important documents have been sent there', no instructions as to do this were available. Hence I have been unable to activate my members area as asked.
