A call to their 'customer service' on 12th June was met with a voicemail. We left a message and a contact telephone number. We also confirmed the nature of the problem by sending an e-mail to them on the same day.
Two days later and still no response from them, we contacted their office by telephone. This time we spoke to a live, but somewhat confused sounding gentleman from outside of the UK, who suggested that we contact the sales department!
In view of our experience we cast a doubt upon the ability of this company in responding to a complaint, particularly in this market sector.
