BUPA provides a pretty good all round service, despite being one of the pricier insurance providers.

One of the best things about BUPA is the comprehensive business cover on offer. As a businessman myself, it is essential to make sure that me and my staff are covered for every eventuality, and BUPA is one of the few providers that manages to do this. On offer are ‘Business’, ‘Business & Leisure’ and ‘Business, Leisure & Family’ covers. So three different covers all varying in what they can offer, but even the most basic of these is pretty complete for my needs.

As for the website, it is laid out well and very easy to understand. There is an extensive FAQ section which covers nearly everything, and it is very easy to go about securing an online quote. Once the premium has appeared, you are provided with the Single Trip and Multi-Trip amounts on the same page for quick comparison, and you are then provided with Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. The summary and policy wording for each of these is available to download as a PDF under each, which prevents you having to look for it, and allows for easy comparison. Once you have filled in the details, you can add on Winter Sports cover if necessary, but I did notice the lack of Golf and Wedding covers, things that are quite common options on other policies.

All in all, BUPA provides pretty comprehensive cover on most things, but as it is one of the pricier insurance providers then you might want to avoid it if price is your main concern.

BUPA Travel Insurance has proved a boon after prior experience.
The Policy for Business and holiday travel covers all eventualities including the insured damaging a 3rd party!!

I can commend it unreservedly, and it is way beyond the other policies I have had.
