3 years ago I had a heart attack in Tenerife and after Age Concern made their initial enquiries to my Doctor in England my husband and I had nothing to worry about. We found them extremely caring and once out of hospital the follow up was excellent and our return flights were arranged for us.We even had a 'phone call to make sure we had arrived home safelyThe claims.Payment was made without any fuss and we appreciate all that was done for us.Hopefully they will continue to insure us as we still enjoy going on our holidays.
