Very bad travel Insurance Company, I was left in lanzarote when I hurt my back on the flight WITH NO PREVIOUS BACK CONDITION. I was left without any help, they wanted my doctors notes first which was going to take 14 days, I was only out for 7 days.. I broke myself to get treated, I had 2 dependent children out with me, I was left in complete agony crying... when I returned on my own flight, I underwent urgent surgery I have been left paraylsed my right leg, don't work very well at all, my bowel and bladder don't work.... then the permanent disability attached: they don't pay out they find anyway going against your own consultant... they are a law of there own... If I can save one person I will, people's health and lives are too precious for me to ignore.... p.s I have only gave it a 1 star rating as it wouldn't post without.
